Our Approach

From Colombian Origin to Industrial Bulk Supply

Our supply model is built on four integrated stages: from Colombian Hass avocado growing regions through to reliable bulk export to international buyers. Each stage is designed to serve the operational requirements of refiners, food manufacturers, cosmetic producers, bottlers, ingredient distributors, and importers who need consistency, traceability, and commercial reliability from a Colombian avocado oil supplier.

A Supply Model Built for Industrial Buyers

Most commodity supply chains are built for volume, not for the specific requirements of industrial buyers. Circuterra's approach is different. We have built our supply model from the ground up around the needs of refiners, food manufacturers, cosmetic producers, bottlers, and ingredient distributors who source bulk avocado oil from Colombia and require more than a price and a delivery date.

That means consistent product quality across supply batches, origin traceability and documentation, supply continuity across seasons, and commercial terms that reflect a long term supply relationship with a Colombian avocado oil producer and exporter.

01Origin

Colombian Avocado Production Regions

Our supply chain begins at the agricultural level, in the avocado-growing regions of Colombia. Colombia is one of the world's leading Hass avocado producers, with growing conditions — altitude, climate, and soil — that produce fruit suited to industrial oil extraction.

We work within Colombian avocado production regions, connecting directly with the agricultural base that makes Colombian avocado oil possible. Origin traceability begins here, at the point where the fruit is grown.

Procurement and Raw Material Aggregation

We manage the procurement and aggregation of avocado fruit from Colombian production regions. This stage is about ensuring a consistent and sufficient supply of raw material for our processing operations — the foundation of supply reliability for our buyers.

Sourcing is not simply purchasing. It involves supply planning, quality assessment at the agricultural level, and the logistics of moving fruit from growing regions to processing. We manage this stage to ensure that the raw material entering our process meets the specifications required for industrial-grade oil production.

03Processing

Industrial Oil Extraction and Quality Control

Avocados are processed to extract oil under controlled conditions. We produce both crude and extra virgin grades to meet different industrial buyer specifications. Our processing is designed for consistency: the same product characteristics, batch after batch.

Crude avocado oil is produced for buyers who operate their own refining processes or who require unrefined oil as a feedstock. Extra virgin avocado oil is cold pressed to preserve the natural characteristics of the oil for buyers in food manufacturing, cosmetic formulation, and specialty ingredient applications.

  • Extra virgin avocado oil: cold press extraction, natural characteristics preserved
  • Controlled processing conditions for batch consistency
  • Quality documentation for industrial trade requirements

Direct Bulk Supply to International Buyers

We supply bulk avocado oil directly to international buyers in formats and volumes suited to industrial use. Our supply model is built for direct, long term commercial relationships with buyers who need a consistent and reliable source.

Supply is where the commercial relationship is built and maintained. We work with buyers to understand their volume requirements, supply schedules, and documentation needs, and we structure our commercial terms around those requirements. The goal is a supply relationship that works for both parties over the long term.

  • Bulk supply in industrial and commercial volumes
  • Direct supply to international buyers without intermediaries
  • Export documentation and origin certification
  • Commercial terms structured for long term supply relationships

Why It Matters

What This Means for Industrial Buyers

Consistent Quality

Each stage of our supply model is designed to produce consistent product quality. Industrial buyers cannot afford variability in their raw material inputs. We build consistency into every stage.

Origin Traceability

Traceability begins at the agricultural level and is maintained through every stage of our supply chain. We provide the documentation that industrial trade and regulatory compliance require.

Supply Continuity

We plan our supply chain around buyer demand, not just available inventory. Supply continuity across seasons and across years is a core requirement for industrial buyers, and we build our operations around it.

Direct Commercial Relationship

We supply directly to industrial buyers without intermediaries that add cost and reduce traceability. Our commercial model is built for direct, long-term supply relationships.
