How We Trade

From Origin to Market

Grupo Circuterra structures international agricultural commodity transactions through a five-stage trading model built around origin relationships, product qualification, and long-term commercial supply.

01

Origin Relationships

We develop commercial relationships with selected producers, processors and supply partners at origin. This is the foundation of our trading model — without direct relationships at origin, we cannot offer the supply reliability and product knowledge that international buyers require.

We focus on specific product-origin combinations where we have a reason to believe the origin can offer something commercially relevant to international buyers.

02

Product Qualification

We evaluate product specifications, quality information, commercial suitability and buyer requirements. Not every product from every origin is commercially viable for every buyer.

We assess available specifications, certifications, lot sizes, production schedules, and commercial characteristics before presenting supply options to buyers.

03

Commercial Structuring

We work with buyers and suppliers to establish commercially workable terms for international trade. This includes pricing, payment terms, Incoterm, packaging, and documentation requirements.

Our role is to bridge the commercial gap between origin supply and international buyer requirements — structuring transactions that work for both sides.

04

Logistics & Documentation

We coordinate the commercial and logistical requirements associated with international transactions according to the agreed Incoterm and transaction structure.

This includes export documentation, quality certificates, phytosanitary requirements, shipping coordination, and any other documentation required for the destination market.

05

Long-Term Supply

Our objective is to build recurring commercial relationships between qualified suppliers and international buyers — not one-off transactions.

We do not make absolute guarantees of supply, quality, or delivery dates unless contractually applicable. We focus on building relationships that can deliver consistent commercial value over time.

A Note on Accuracy

Grupo Circuterra represents its products and supply capabilities accurately. We do not claim to own every farm, processing facility, or manufacturing plant involved in our supply chains. We do not claim certifications, specifications, or supply volumes we cannot confirm. This approach is credible to professional commodity traders and ingredient buyers — and it is the only approach we consider acceptable.
